The Student Grievance Redressal Cell at AMJC plays a crucial role in addressing student concerns and ensuring a positive learning environment. This confidential platform provides students with the opportunity to voice their grievances related to academics, infrastructure, or any other issues. With a focus on fairness, transparency, and prompt resolution, the cell acts as a bridge between students and the administration.

Exploring the Student Grievance Redressal Cell’s Initiatives: A Visual Journey

The Grievance Redressal mechanism at the institution addresses students’ concerns related to Academics, Administration, Financial Matters, and other student-related issues. It operates both on an individual basis and for collective grievances. If any student becomes aware of any violations, they can report them to the formal Student Grievance Redressal Committee which promptly investigates and resolves the grievances. This system ensures
that students’ concerns are heard and acted upon effectively.

Objective

To ensure a fair, impartial, and consistent mechanism for the redressal of varied issues faced by the students

To uphold the dignity of the institution by promoting cordial student-student
relationships, and student-teacher relationships

To ensure that grievances are resolved promptly, objectively with sensitivity, and in complete confidentiality
