Initiating herbal gardening in education institutions serves several purposes: Environmental Education : It provides students with hands-on experience in cultivating and caring for plants, fostering a deeper connection with nature and promoting environmental awareness. Interdisciplinary Learning: Herbal gardening integrates various subjects like biology, chemistry, ecology and even history, offering a holistic approach to education.
Creating awareness among students about plantation is integral to building a more environmentally conscious and responsible future generation. 1.Environmental Stewardship: Educating students about the importance of planting trees and preserving green spaces instills a sense of responsibility towards the environment from a young age. 2.Community Engagement : Tree plantation projects often involve local communities. Encouraging students participation fosters a sense of community and civic responsibility.
The workshop on “Yogic Harmony Flow for Inner Peace -A Rejuvenation ” was a transformative experience, guiding participants through various Yogic practices aimed at achieving Inner balance and tranquility. Attendees engage in meditation, mindful movement, and breathing exercises, fostering a sense of holistic well-being. The event will provide tools for self-discovery and relaxation, promoting a harmonious connection between mind, body, and spirit.
