Objectives of the Cell

To ensure that all students, regardless of caste, creed, religion, gender, or physical ability, have equal access to education and opportunities.
To address grievances related to discrimination or unequal treatment.
To promote inclusive and sensitized practices in academics and administration.
To organize workshops, awareness programs, and capacity-building sessions for students and staff.

Duties and Responsibilities

Monitor and eliminate discriminatory practices on campus.
Support students from SC/ST/OBC/Minorities/Person with Disability/Women categories.
Maintain records of grievance redressal and counselling sessions.
Submit reports periodically to the Principal/IQAC.
Organize empowerment and awareness activities.
