Eligibility Criteria
A student is eligible to enroll in the course if they have successfully completed a program equivalent to 10+2 or pre-university studies in the commerce group.
Course Overview
The Bachelor of Commerce with a specialization in Corporate Secretaryship is a three-year degree course that introduces different facets of the Corporate World. It provides a platform for students to pursue Company secretaryship as a profession and offers excellent career opportunities. The course content is customized to provide an understanding of specific regulatory framework which has a direct bearing on the functioning of companies. The course helps the students to acquaint themselves with the theoretical and practical knowledge of the various managerial and secretarial aspects of business in general and provides institutional training to bridge the gap between academics and industrial requirements.
