A student is eligible to enroll in the course if they have successfully completed a program equivalent to 10+2 or pre-university studies in any group.
Course Overview
The Department of Home Science-Interior Design and Décor was established in the academic year 2015 to meet the demand for talented and professional interior designers who can collaborate and create aesthetically pleasing environments for the end user.
The Program is designed to instill a creative blend in its aspiring students. The course deals with designing, creating, renovating, and planning a space for people. The course provides extensive knowledge in the range of basic and advanced interior design to create comfortable spaces from scratch. Students also go through a training session for various Computer-related courses and expertise in CAD, 3-D designing, and space management.
The course also teaches students the basic fundamentals of graphic design and other display and design software. Candidates learn about various software that can be useful in designing spaces. The course is designed to widen the knowledge and understanding of candidates scientifically.
